Im having the same issue too right now. Due to bloatedness im feeling both hungry and full at the same time. I would suggest eating in small portions frequently and snack on fruits or biscuits.
I feel that I am always hungry when eating small meals so I am afraid that I overeat too. Haha. At the same time afraid that baby not receiving enough nutrients.
Dont force yourself to eat too much when u are bloated. Recommend u to eat smaller portion for every meal so u wont feel uncomfortable
