we don't use protection. effective samin yung withdrawal since regular menstruation ko. alam nya din kung kelan ako safe at hindi safe.. 🙂

pag alam mo yung cycle mo momsh, 1week before, or at least 5days before ka magkaron safe ka. pagtapos naman, bilang ka 5days mula sa araw kung kelan ka natapos. yun yung safe days mo.
