Baby bump

Should i be worry bcoz im now at 10 weeks and i cant see any baby bump other than my fats bump? ?

My bump only started showing at tri 2. I can see it when naked but when I went to the polyclinic last week the nurse asked if I had a stomachache because I was holding my tummy. I told her I was 28 weeks along and she was shocked, kept saying she cannot tell. 😂
