Should i be worried of my 3 month old baby's head shape being flat?

Hi mommy dpat po ung unan nia is ung my bilog/lubog na part sa gitna pra lubog sia kpg nkhiga at hnd po mgfflat, or pwd dn po pg ntutulog sia is alternate left and right patagilid po ang higa ni baby po pra hnd mflat po.
