Headaches after exercise (throughout pregnancy)

Sharing that I experience headaches after lifting weights if I push myself to my limit. I decided to cut down the weights (from 30kg to 20kg or less depending on exercise) and also only go to about 70% exertion instead of 100% even if I can without any aches or pain. I read that it could be due to blood vessels in the head dilating and putting pressure on the skull. Pretty scary Just sharing in case anyone else has experienced this before and has any tips.

hey since you're pregnant, best not to overexert yourself as when you are exercising you're directing more oxygen flow to yourself instead of baby. exercising is good for pregnancy mums but pls do in moderation. I used to be a gym rat (was doing F45 5x a week) but as I was nearing week 27, I had to really cut down on my intensity as i started to feel aches more acutely and my tummy was starting to weigh me down.
