Exercises for pregnancy
I’ve been feeling bloated or indigestion due to pregnancy , and also having constipation. Felt like i have not exercise for a really long time ever since i got pregnant (week 17 now) and this slows down my digestion. I’m not very active before pregnancy , just running 2.4km on saturdays and occasionally after work on weekdays. But i really dont have the motivation to go even for walks after work right now as im tired - i just want to lie down and rest. Everyday after dinner i would slack and laze, sometimes even lying down and dozing off quickly. I kind of miss the times i could do intense exercise, that burst of power, but … im really so lazy now. Any advice what i should do? 🥲
