When do you reveal the secret? At week 12 or week 14?

Told my parents & siblings when I was about 10 weeks + pregnant. My husband told his family when I was about 12 weeks. My mum's siblings and my grandmother only got to know when they saw my bump which is roughly about 14 weeks. I also never posted anything on social media about my pregnancy. Not even my friends know. I rather keep it a private thing.
