You might want to try this recipe. But most of the time, I don't add cocoa powder. Ingredients: 1 cup glutinous rice 4 cups water 3 tbsp cocoa powder 3 Batangas Chocolate balls (Batangas Tablea) Sugar, to taste evaporated milk Directions: 1. In a small pot, boil the rice and water until rice is cooked. 2. Stir in cocoa powder until dissolved 3. Stir constantly to prevent the rice from sticking (to the bottom of the pot) and burning. 4. Add water if it becomes too thick. 5. Add the Batangas Hot Chocolate balls and stir until dissolved. 6. Add sugar and 1cup of milk if desired. Or you can just put milk on top of your Champorado when served.

I'm no "wiz" in the kitchen, but this website does a great job of describing the instructions and makes it seem simple enough. Plus the ingredients are easy to find in a big store. Check out the site for the recipe (which sounds delicious, by the way!) http://www.filipinorecipesite.com/filipino-dessert-recipes/champorado.html
