Do you all sleep with a pregnancy pillow? Those U shaped or C shaped ones?

Share your experiences in using such pillows. Do they really help to relieve back pain?

I was gifted with a BaabaaSheepz XL pillow, so I have been using it. I would say a U shape pillow will be better because we always need to turn from left to right throughout the night.
