Hanya diri sendiri perlu belajar utk kekal positive, sabar, tenang dan avoid unnecessary talks or hearings...do activity and remain calmness through prayers, quite environment dan berehat secukupnye apabila memerlukan... Pasangan perlu jadi supportive tp jangan pula tak bertempatkan, isteri pun perlu bekerjasama memahami keadaan dan situasi suami.. Get fresh air, walk around, and breath proper, pastikan tempat selamat yer...sbb keadaan covid skrg nie...
