Can you say that you serve healthy foods to your kids all the time?

Serving healthy foods all the time is such a struggle for parents. As much as we wanted to give healthy meals and snacks 24/7, it just won't happen because it's hard to control especially when your kids are too persistent in getting what they want to eat. Although, we make sure to provide healthy meals and snacks like fruits and veggies as often as we can.

I am a guilty mom here. As much as I want to give my kids healthy food all the time, there are instances where you are tempted to eat too much sweets or sometimes salty food (which are really yummy but not healthy). Tendency is if the kiddo asks to have a piece of what I'm eating, I sometimes couldn't say no. :(
