Saw this on a forum. Is it me or is this mum completely kookoo?

I think she's looking for a nanny or a governess, not so much a helper. I've seen such ads in forums for elite parents (and by that I mean rich) looking for nannies in the upper east and west sides of New York City. But to be honest, the pay offered by this lady is quite horrible after requesting for so much.
