Unless you're working in the government, and a voluntary member of sss.

Ang intindi ko naman po sa screenshot na pinost nyo ay for Employed na more than P20k ang salary, si employer ang magsho-shoulder ng salary differential. Kasi currently P20k lang (or is now P30k?) yung maximum monthly salary credit na offered ng sss. So ang intindi ko, for ex. na P40k monthly salary mo, yung P20k nun galing kay sss while the other P20k ay employer mo ang magsho-shoulder (with the exemptions as per DOLE). Kaya lalabas na makukuha mo pa rin yung P40k monthly salary mo kahit di ka pumapasok during your maternity leave ☺️ Technically, your "sss maternity benefit" is your salary during your maternity leave. So pag Employed, may Salary pa rin, pareho lang with the Voluntary members. Kapag govt naman kasi, hindi sila required maghulog/ member sa sss (under gsis sila) kaya "Voluntary" rin sila if gusto nila makakuha ng sss benefits.
