salam, nk tnya as a firts time mom, bila bleh start exercise mcm brisk walk atau senaman ringan yg lain. Sekarang ni kandungan usia baru msuk 31week.

sy start 27weeks, skarg dh 31week. Seminggu 3-4 kali workout for at least 30 minutes. Tapi tak briskwalk sbb tkde peneman, workout kt rumah banyak squat and pelvic floor exercises sahaja.
