Bleeding 10 weeks

Salam, Im 10weeks pregnant. 23/12 ada keluar darah sikit, tidak menitik. Sy wipe using tissue then ada blood stain. Pergi emergency doctor said the baby was okay. Pintu rahim ada luka sedikit, mungkin tu penyebab pendarahan. Sy kena check using papsmear. Doctor said luka sudah tidak berdarah and dia cuci sikit. The whole day sy masih ada keluar darah sedikit. And the bleeding stop 2 days ago. Today 27/12 suddenly ada blood on my panty and dekat tissue bila sy wipe. My concerns is should I go back to the hospital? Is it normal? Or it is not?
