Senaman agak lasak 🤏

Salam, hai ibu² semua. Saya nak tanya kalau dalam fasa first trimester (11 minggu) boleh ke tak ya kita as bakal ibu buat senaman agak lasak sikit? Macam jogging ke join fun run ke hiking ke senaman sendiri kat rumah ke? Boleh ke tak ya? #firstmom

Seeloknya janganlah. Benda nak jadi tu sekejap je. Nak menyesal tak sudah nanti. Setakat joging/hiking tu you have done it all your life. You can even do it after you gave birth nanti. Chill and enjoy this phase of life. 3 bulan pertama pregnancy ni embryo baru nak develop. Bg dia develop dgn baik. Put aside those unnecessary activities. You will never know when you will be given rezeki utk pregnant again. So always think before doing something.
