Is it safe to use salonpas when still breastfeeding?

I personally feel that there is nothing wrong using external pain relief pads with breastfeeding. It is more important if you consume directly as the food will indirectly goes into the milk. If unsure, u might want to consult the gynae or call the hosp hotlink to check with the lactation nurse. :)

Should b ok as salonpas is used externally and does not penetrates into the blood stream. For safety reason, you may wish to check with yr gynae or gp.

Better not to use salonpas as it could have some strong chemicals. Please check with your doctor on alternatives.
