Taking Vitamin C while trying to conceive

Safe po ba mag take ng Vit C kapag gusto mo maka buo? I am taking Fertility blend from GNC at Ferrous sulfate with Folic acid kasi po hirap ako mabuntis tapos ferrous sulfate kasi low blood po ako. Thanks po
