If the tiramisu didn’t have alcohol, I think the cake’s fine:) As for the pain, perhaps you can observe first? But if it is persistent, severe or associated with bleeding, please seek urgent medical attention
just dont eat again pls..if you have any bleeding or whatsoever, pls see a gynae soon .
I believe tiramisu contain raw egg. Pls don’t eat it again
