Hello po sa inyu tanong ko lang po about sa implantation bleeding po

Sa mga na buntis na momshies dyan, first time having unprotected sex then my period was late over 4 days. And then i read about sa implantation bleeding, possible po ba mabuntis kahit hindi nag ka spotting bleeding (Na implantation)?? Kasi sakin wala eh sa pantynko at sa tingin ko hindi naman ako buntis pero sumasaloob talaga sakin na baka buntis talaga ko. Please help me po🥹
