Sis iclarify mo sa company mo if private company. Kasi ang benefits ni sss katumbas ng monthly salary mo, ibig sabihin sila ang magshoshoulder ng sahod mo during maternity leave if greater than 20k monthly sweldo mo si company ang magbabayad ng differential. Meaning di ka nila required paswelduhin kung may benefits ka from sss.

Depende sa company. Yung iba may salary differential. Pero pag wala, yung makukuha nyo sa SSS ayun na po yun.
