Kotex Pants Pad

Hi! Any review for the Kotex Pants Pad. I have bought a few boxes for my maternity soon. As im giving birth real soon too. Its convenient to wear right after giving birth? No you guys still wear extra panty??

I used to love using Kotex overnight pants (when it just launched in Hong Kong) until one day they change their manufacturing country (the cutting feels different). Now I use Laurier overnight pants.
