Hello sis! So far nagte-take pa ko ng folic acid w/ ferrous sulfate, Multi-vitamins, saka calcium supplement as advised by my OB kaya okay pa yan. 23 weeks ako now

Best to consult your OB bago ka mag-take ☺️ so far yung mga iniinom ko kasi ay advised ng OB ko sa monthly prenatal check ups ko. When in doubt sis, ask your doctor. ☺️
