Eat small portions lang para hindi mabigla ang tiyan. Try also unflavored biscuits like sky flakes and cold water. I tried taking B-Complex and ginger candies/soda, pero hindi nagwork. What’s important is to avoid getting dehydrated kung severe nausea and vomiting. Hope this helps!
