Hi! Do you rely on the supplements provided by your gynae or do you source them from guardian/ watsons?
I’m at the start of my second trimester now and is given calcium pills, fish oil and mum2b gold. Not sure if there’s anything else I should be taking?
Also, is it cheaper to get the supplements from Watson/ guardian compared to gynae clinic?
