coq10 and vitex

hello, regular po ako 26-30cycles noon pa, but this dec at january nadelay ako but not pregnant. sa worried ko, nagpunta ako sa ob last week, and nag transv at pa-serum advise ni ob. then the result is negative talaga, then thanks GOD pa din talaga at normal ung result ng transv ko. niresetahan ako ng provera para magkamens at niresetahan din niya ako metformin. since ttc ako starting netong january, balik daw ako sa first day ng mens ko. and sabi ni ob baka nadelay ako dahil sa stress, at baka dahil din sa pagtaba ko. currently 76kls ako 5’4 height. by the way, i’m 32yrs old and 30yrs old naman si partner. ask ko po ano po brand ng coq10 ang maganda at mairrecommend niyo? will add it as supplement po for me and my partner. nababasa ko kasi maganda daw ang coq10 for fertility. at nabasa ko dito na nakakahelp din ang vitex. would like to take a try din ng vitex para bumalik sa regular ang mens ko. here’s our meds/supplements were taking 1x a day. me: relumins glutha (red) quatrofol myra e fern d immunpro coq10 partner: rogin e fern d immunpro coq10 any recommendations/suggestions will be really appreciated po.
