Black Mark Pimples

Any recommendation para lang po mawala yung black marks sa mukha? I've tried safeguard mild soap it didnt work Ive tried also switching bioderm medj nawala tubo ng pimples ko And continue using aloe vera soothing gel medj lumambot naman face ko Prob ko its living me a black mark. Which is more effective to have a facial wash? Thank u (I Know there would be a basher after I posted this one and tell me because of hormones and some more other) I just needed an opinion to get rid this black marks that causes me oily face too. Please respect my post.
