Antenatal Classes

Any recommendation for good yet affordable antenatal classes. Some good activity maybe like prenatal yoga classes. I can't spend much. And I'm staying in the east. Thanks very much in advance!

I stay in the East too. just started going for prenatal yoga at Art of Yoga when I hit the second trimester mark, which is along upper East coast. the first trial class is $10. check it out before deciding to get a package! 😀

Ive been going to YogaLab and The Moving Group at Joo Chiat and East Coast for prenatal yoga and pilates former. No judgement - all instructors are nice.

Hi! I went for the classes at COMO shambala at Delfi Orchard. Quite popular..u can check it out. It's slightly over 30bucks for 90mins if u get the package I think. (This was in 2016)
