not sure if this is helpful information. Im using classpass even before preggy. im still going to the spin classes but of cos i take it veryyyyyyy chill. Just sit and cycle to the beat, its pretty safe. thru classpass i also book prenatal yoga so there is some variety for me.

sorry didnt see your comment. tbh, the classes are a little limited. the ones i usually range about 11 credits to 16 credits ( 16 cr one is reformer pilaties
