Is it really necessary to have an anatomical scan? Because they can be really expensive and if it isn't really necessary can I just skip it to save money for childbirth...

Congenital anomaly scan po ba? If you don't have family history of cleft lip/palate and the likes you don't need to. Hindi po pinagawa ng OB ko yan when I was pregnant kung wala naman daw po kami family history and kita rin naman sa ultrasound na okay si baby tho mas accurate lang po ang CAS 😊
