Di po pwede. Apply ka po Philhealth. Dati ang required is at least 3 months before your birth month, ngayon po 9 months before daw. Kaya advice sakin hulugan ko na hanggang Dec 2019 then after admission, hulugan yung first qtr of next year or better until June 2020 para covered pa din 9 months. Hindi po pwede iadvance yung for next year kasi required daw yung hospital admission record to process payment.
