Folic acid folart and Ferrous Sulfate

Pwede ba ako hindi na uminom ng Ferrous sulfate ? Ang iniinom ko po kase ngayon is Folic Acid folart.

magkaiba ang folic acid at ferrous sulfate. need inumin pareho habang buntis. need ng iron to make more blood to supply oxygen to your baby. folic acid for brain and spine development.

you can take folic acid after eating sa morning. pero ang ferrous sulfate, empty stomach. so take it ferrous atleast 30min or 1hr before eating lunch for better absorption.
