How accurate Home Pregnancy Test

For Pt done at home, how accurate it is? If nag positive sa first try, should I try it another one before going to the dr?

experience ko sa kasi sa 2 pregnancies ko positive sa 1st try PT then pacheck up agad ako.and both positive din sa ultrasound.

Thank you. I'm a bit worried though kasi nag medication ako before because of hormonal imbalance.
