Constipation during 2nd trimester

Hello mga mie, sino po dito nakakaexperience ng constipation? 19 weeks po ako at pansin ko nitong 2nd trimester ko inaabot ako ng 1-2 hrs lagi sa cr bago makapag poop. Ma water naman ako,at ma veggies pati.
