If not properly communicated po yung absensce sa immidiate boss nyo pwede po nila kayong tanggalin. Ako po kasi 7 months na hindi nagwowork pero nakaleave lang po ako until now at may sinsasahod ako from sss. Hindi naman po nila ako tinanggal kasi may proper document po ako which is a med cert signed by my ob na kailangan kong mag rest from work. Every month po nagpapasa ako ng bagong med cert sa employer ko.

Hindi po, pwede po kahit home confinement/bed rest. Pero need po yun ipasa within 5 days na naiisuehan ka ng med cert ng ob nyo. Need din po magfillup ng SSS Sickness Notification at Sickness Reimbursement form, Printed Contribution sa SSS, Photocopy ng 2 valid ids with signature, saka po ultrasound result.

Kelan po ba effectivity ng med cert nyo?
