Not to scare u but it will peak at 9wk to 14wk. Be sure not to have empty stomach it could be worse. Eat bland foods like plain biscuits, bread, if u can drink milo, or milk, porridge, avoid too much tomato or potato or spinach for bloating, try fruits, watermelon or apples, Do small walks to get fresh air maybe at ur corridor daily.. If nothing goes down or u vomit too much pls go hospital to get treatment. It's normal for most of us, stay strong momma.

I had very bad nausea (no vomiting) and loss appetite during 6-10weeks. Nausea stops and appetite back to normal but i was vomiting everything that went into my stomach and also i had heartburn. Went to see gp to get my heartburn treated with meds. The vomiting gets better. And now im 15 weeks with no nausea.. only mild heartburn come and go and vomiting only if i eat too full.
