This is what the doctor gave me and I took this po when I got pregnant with my first child from the first trimester to the third. It was 9 years ago. I'm pregnant now with my 2nd child then I asked the doctor about Caltrate Plus and she said this is okay. Although she gave me Calvin Plus. Siguro depende. It's best to consult our OB po about it para mas sure. God bless po.
Magbasa pafollow what your ob gave you. i was fiven Calvin Plus instead. naka specify yung brand sa reseta nia unlike sa folic acid ko. kaya sinunod ko na lang yung brand ng calcium supplement
Yup, yan din po gamit ko, may braces kasi ako at yan resita sakin ni dentist kasi buntis ako at tinanong ko kay OB kung pwede, pwede naman daw.
It's recommended to check with your OB first po mommy. Though majority of vitamins are safe naman po, mas ok pa rin po yung OB prescribed.
