Put my yoga membership on hold during the first and second trimester but might go back during the 3rd trimester for some yin yoga and stretching before delivery.
I continued with my usual exercise programmes; bodypump, bodycombat, circuit training, spinning. Just listen to your body and adjust your intensity level.
