Positive pregnancy but nothing show in ultrasound 6 months delayed

Positive po sa pregnancy test after 5 months po ngpa ultrasound ako ng pelvis but sad to say hindi po buntis asabi ng OB. May chance po bang buntis ako or hindi nga ba talaga ?? Nalilito napo ako .

kung wala nakita sa ultrsound at galing na mismo kay OB possible na false positive.
