Can anyone explain po or may naka experience po ng no baby in ultrasound nor yolk sac at thin lining uterus sya but 5 positive pregnancy test po ako and im 4weeks and 5days delayed po . #pleasehelp #firstbaby #pregnancy

I didnt go back sa ob . I waited for two weeks to do another pregnancy test and came back positive then i did my tranV ultrasound ,found out i am 6weeks and 3days pregnant and baby has a healthy strong heartbeat na ❤️
