hello po sino po dito ldr sa daddy ng baby nila magagamit ko po ba last name ng lip ko pra sa baby ko kahit wala siya ? hindi po kc sure na papayagan siyang makauwi pag nanganak ako.

You can do a late filling of your child's bc. He needs to sign at the back as a proof na he acknowledged the birth and allows the child to use his surname. You can send the form to him para mafill out niya, then send it back to you saka ipasa sa city hall. 😊
