Depende sa sss contribution mo at salary sa company, pede ka maka avail ng Salary Differential. no pay. yung magaact as financial assistance lng ng company sayo is yung salary differential sa 105days n un. kung ang ncompute for example ni employer mo n supposedly pay mo for 105days n leave is 85k and ang nacompute lng ni sss n mat claim mo is 70k, yung 15k si employer mo n ung magpupuno
No, mostly they don't pay for the 105days na mismong mang gagaling sa mismong company mo. Pero you should check pa din with your company baka iba guidelines nila regarding the maternity benefits.
nung 2018 pinasweldo pa din ako ng company during my maternity leave of 60 days. ngayon po na 105days na wala na po sweldo during leave?
wla sis matben mo is un na un. sana nga extended nila mat leave atleast 6montha woth pay eh kaai kulang ang 3months sa totoo lang.
Wala po. Yung mat ben na po ang pay nyo. difference with the computation lang between kay SSS and company ang cocover ng kumpanya.
