Worried mommy

hello po. Pa help nman. I had my miscarriage last month March 5. ni raspa ako ni OB nang March 8. And now, postive po yung pregnancy test ko 3-4times nako nag test. Is it possible na reaction pa yun sa unang miscarriage ko o preggy na talaga ako? I went to the OB kanina and there's no sac yet. 4weeks na yung counting ni OB since my last period.
