6 weeks AOG No Embryo yet

Hello po, need advice po mga mommies 😔 6 weeks and 4 days AOG. No visible embryo and yolk sac yet. Pinapabalik ako for TVS after 7 days to check if may embryo na. May history po ako ng miscarriage last year. This is my second pregnancy and napapaoverthink talaga ako. I pray to God na sana, hindi nanaman ako makunan. I've been taking Duphaston and my prenatal vitamins since last month. May same case po ba sakin na 6 weeks walang embryo pa? Meron bang after 7 weeks nagpakita ang embryo and naging successful ang pregnancy? Respect my post po thank you 🙏🏻
