Menstruation after d&c

hello po mga momshie .. ask ko lang po natural lang po ba na mag mens na ako kahit wala pa 1 month magsimula maraspa ako. january 24 po nung naraspa ako .. tas nagmens na po ako nung feb 18 hangga ngayon po pero mahina na po today .. salamat
