Rashes issues

Hello po mga mommies, my babyboy is 1 nd half months heavy wetter and pooper lagi po xa nagrashes sa puwet.. i tried wet cotton +calmoseptine/nappy then diaper (tried pampers/huggies/EQ Tried running water+jonhsonsoap then calmo cloth diaper sa araw disposable sa gabi rashes pa din. We always change diaper every poop or kahit d nagpoop basta 3hrs na.. First time mom here, patulong po😭😭

Wawa naman po si baby 🥺Masakit sa kanila yung rashes. Consult your pedia na po para sa treatment ng rashes para hindi na lumala. Mahirap na po magtrial and error sa ganyan. Much better to consult the experts. Madami dami na din naman po kayo nasubukan gawin. Sana maging ok na si baby

thank you po sa help and motivation.. need to be careful na po ako sa baby ko, medyo hirap first time mom dami talaga dapat tuonan ng pansin and hindi lang gamit ng gamit nang kong ano ano..Godbless po
