Hello po, I'm 7 weeks pregnant and this is my first time of having a baby.. May I ask po kung ano yung pwedeng gawin para maibsan or kahit mabawasan man lang po yung bigat ng pakiramdam at pagsusuka? Salamat po..

Hi mommy, as per experience ko try to eat little meals tapos before ka bumangon ng sa maaga, kahit mag skyflakes ka or fita, any plain crakers. Wag ka papalipas ng gutom kasi nakakatrigger yun. Drink a lot of water! 😊
