Hi sis, always drink plenty of water. Iwas ka sa acidic foods/fruits like oranges, maanghang etc. Don't eat too much, eat a little tapos around 2-3hrs. Kung di mo kaya mag rice you can eat oatmeals, biscuits, wheat/plain bread, fruits such as apple, banana, watermelon, nilagang patatas, kamote, carrots or kahit anong fruits na pupwede ilaga/steam. This will help you mawala yung pangangasim ng sikmura mo. :-) effective sa'kin sana sa'yo din.

Yes common po talaga ang morning sickness sa first trimester. Eat ka lang po kahit small meals pra kahit po magsuka kayo may nailalabas padin po. And more water and rest. Unti unti din yan mawawala pag tungtong niyo po ng 2nd trimester.

Yes sobrang nkakapanghina before. Sobrang trigger acidity ko ginawa ko small frequent feeding, crakers, avoid yung mga food that can cause acidity. Kapag nakahiga ka on your left side.

Yes avoid muna for the mean time kasi pwdeng magtrigger lalo

Same tayo sis nilalagnat pa ko tapos halos lahat ng kinakain ko sinusuka ko. Mawawala din yan 6 weeks preggy na din ako 😊😘 basta kain ka pa din kahit tinapay yung plain lang =)
