Hello po im 27 weeks preggy . Nag gain n po ako almost 10 kilos since nabuntis po ako . Kelangan ko n po bng mg diet ? Dapat ko n po bng tanggalin ung rice ? Ano pong magndang diet plan for third trimester ? Salmat po in advance ☺️

Sasabihin naman sis ng ob mo kung need mo ba mag diet or hindi. Meron kase di naman pinag dadiet, meron din naman na pinapaiwas lang sa kanin at sweets then meron talaga na need makapag bawas mg timbang. Wait for your ob's advise muna before ka mag diet. Minsan kase hinahayaan lang nila kung sakto lang naman yung timbang ☺
