hi. ask lng po im 30 weeks preggy and im diagnosed na may GDM dw ako medyo na stress ako ng konti dhil wala akong idea kung panu ihandle lalo n ung diet plan ko parang feeling ko kulang ung vit. n nakukuha ni baby.. please share your story with me

No soda ka, less rice more fruits and vegetables. If bisaya ka, try ka kumain ng corn rice triple effective na mag lelessen yung pag gain mo ng wait without controlling your food in take lalo na sa meal.

Less rice. Iwas po muna sa softdrinks, artificial juices and iced teas. Opt for natural extracted fruit juices. No sweets-chocolates, cakes, ice cream and so on. More water, fruits and veggies
